Elisa Dambeck is a licensed fitness and personal trainer. She also has a degree in sports and works as a high school teacher.

It is particularly important to her, both as a person and a trainer, to make sports and exercise fun, as it ensures more power, strength, health and happiness in the long run. She’s been an ambassador for the sports brand ASICS since 2016 and also instructs and organizes her own fitness sessions at regional and international fitness events and fitness trips.
