Description
Train all muscle groups with this workout that trains your back, legs, bum and tum, and puts a special focus on your arms! Start off with this mandatory warm-up to.
Then stand up and get to it with this full-body workout that will help you fight against flabby arms. Continue down on your mat for a some sit-ups and shoulder bridge exercises. Combine these planks and other effective quadruped exercises.
The cool-down at the end will help you relax!
