Discover healthy ways of activating and strengthening your shoulder, neck and back muscles with yoga teacher Ivan Blanco - all within the rhythm of your breathing. You will be doing sun salutations, simple ab exercises and well-known asanas such as the Warrior and Triangle pose. Right before Ivan makes you moves again, you will do some breathing exercises on your yoga mat.
