Bitte mehr solche Programme!!! Denn 10 Minuten täglich ist perfekt einzuplanen. Will man mehr machen, da häng ich noch HullaHopp ran. Bitte macht so ein Programm mal für mehr als 10 Tage!!! 15min würde auch gehen. Ich liebe diese kurzen Einheiten. Da bleib ivh nämlich definitv am Ball 😉
