Durch sanfte, bewusste Bewegungen kannst du Spannungen wahrnehmen, lösen und ein Gefühl von innerer Stabilität entwickeln. Die fließenden Übungen helfen dir, dich gut im eigenen Körper zu spüren, dein inneres Gleichgewicht zu stärken und zur Ruhe zu kommen.
Dabei geht es nicht um Leistung oder Anstrengung, sondern um ein achtsames Erkunden deiner Mitte – im eigenen Tempo und mit ausreichend Raum für Pausen. Du wirst eingeladen, dich selbst in deiner Kraft und zugleich in deiner Entspannung zu erleben.
