Patricia Thielemann, the founder of Spirit Yoga, can look back on many years of experience as a yoga teacher both in Europe and the United States.
She has taken part of prestigious and renowned trainings, such as the Forrest Yoga Teacher Training & Advanced Forrest Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles, the Jivamukti Teacher Training in New York and the Prajna Yoga Teacher Training with Tias Little in Santa Fe and Colette Crawford in Seattle Holistic Center.
For several years now, Patricia Thielemann has been teaching yoga in a clever and inspiring way as well as training yoga teachers herself. She also writes for specialized magazines and produces her own CDs and DVDs.
Our online gym offers Spirit Yoga classes, which convey old and traditional yoga with a more lively, free-spirited, vital and modern approach. The style of Power Vinyasa Flow is understood as a bridge between traditional and western yoga styles.
