Please pay attention to restricted mobility. This course focuses on relaxing your muscles and will only work if you are able to follow the exercises and not cramp up.

Passt schon. Aber das mit der Entspannung in der Mitte fand ich auch irritierend.

😕 Mitten im Kurs Endentspannung, und dann gehts wieder weiter mit Übungen, nicht mein Fall
