Description
You’ve earned this relaxing stretching session after completing the intensive interval cardio workout (or any other strenuous workout). Stefanie Rohr will show you some easy, yet dynamic stretching exercises that will not only help you relax your arms and legs but also your entire body. You’ll finish off this relaxation session with a breathing exercise.
Make sure to maintain a stable position and engage your core throughout this relaxation unit. You’ll be doing a series of intensive and less intensive stretching variations. Only stretch as far as you can and always choose the intensity that fits you best.
