Intensive yoga is a powerful mix of traditional yoga flows and dynamic physical training.
Master Young-Ho Kim and his co-presenters will show you a stretching course that is (also) challenging for advanced yoga fans.
These intense stretching exercises have different levels of difficulty, which allow you to have a lot of room for improvement. If you are a beginner, you should take a first look at the course and simpler versions of the exercises. This will help you understand and, therefore, concentrate better when doing the exercises.
We recommend that you finish with a relaxation session. The “Intensive Yoga Workout - Relaxation”, for instance.

Ich war auf der Suche, nach einem kurzen, etwas anspruchsvolleren Yoga Kurs, der sich hauptsächlich auf dehnende Elemente konzentriert. Ich habe offensichtlich endlich einen guten Kurs gefunden. Sehr schön.

Gut und ruhig erklärt , aber ich frage mich wie oft ich den Kurs machen muss um halbwegs so gelenkig zu werden! 😉
