Head over to your mat for this stretching session. It's a wonderful way to relax and recover after a workout or simply after a hard day. You'll align your breathing with different stretching positions, and will relax your muscles with torso rotations and injury prevention exercises that will help elongate your body. Just let go and enjoy!
Note: When stretching, just go as far as you can! You should never feel uncomfortable or in pain.
