Schnapp dir zwei Wasserflaschen oder Gewichte – und komm auf die Matte! Nach einem aktivierenden Warm-up zeigt dir Michaela Süßbauer kräftigende Ganzkörperübungen mit Gewichten. Das knapp halbstündige Workout sorgt für trainierte Arme, starke Schultern und definierte Beine. Optional kannst du die Gewichte auch weglassen, um die Intensität zu variieren. Dabei sorgen unterschiedliche Schwierigkeitslevel dafür, dass du auf deinem individuellen Niveau trainieren kannst. Am Ende erholst du dich bei einem Cooldown.

Schönes Ganzkörperkrafttraining, es ist für jede Muskelgruppe etwas dabei. Die Bauchübung am Ende mit (schwereren) Gewichten nicht mehr so wirklich Level 2, eher 3. Ich habe es an eins der Fatburner-Fun-Cardiotrainings drangehängt, so hat man dann einen knapp einstündigen Komplettkurs. Die Cardiotrainings dieser Reihe machen mehr Spaß (aber ich finde Krafttraining sowieso immer etwas öde, mag an mir liegen 😉)
