Sehr kurzweilig und wirklich tolle Übungen. Auch die verschiedenen Level finde ich gut, so kann man sich steigern (hab schon länger keinen Sport mehr gemacht, so dass Level 1 meistens schon ausreichend war. ). Trainerin leitet sehr sympathisch und motivierend an. Bin gespannt auf den Teil Matworks..

Sehr gutes Gute-Laune-Workout, professionell durchgeführt, durch das nur einmalige Wiederholen nimmt man auch Übungen in Angriff, die man sonst eher meidet, auch weil immer mehrere Levels angeboten werden. Warm-Up für den halben Kurs hier vielleicht etwas lang.
