Description
Michaela Süßbauer's intensive “Dance Workout” will not only improve your endurance, balance, and coordination, but will also get rid of some extra pounds. It’s a combination of classic aerobic moves with jazz, funk, hip-hop and street dance elements. Get ready to have some fun!
You will start with a short mobilization routine that will increase your body temperature and loosen up your muscles. What comes next is stated on the name of the program: Let’s Dance! Level 2 is already quite intense, so a good level of fitness and some dance experience are required.
If you can’t get your legs and arms all coordinated at first, just start by simply focusing on your legs. And as soon as you have that under control you can try adding your arms to the mix. Important: Always pay attention to a good body tension.
You will round off this fast-paced dance workout with a final cool-down that includes some stretching and will help you bring your heartrate down.

Nichtsdestotrotz muss ich meinen Vorrednerinnen zustimmen: Die Stimme aus dem Off wirkt recht irritierend. Als Tänzerin reagiere ich auf ein "Jetzt!" direkt und nicht verzögert. Manchmal wird plötzlich mit Zahlen gearbeitet, obwohl vorher nichts abgezählt worden ist. Und der Beat macht keine gute Laune... Da ist noch Potential nach oben, da die Trainer*innen so motiviert sind, oder? 🙂!
