Auch beim Cardio-Workout dieser Kursreihe setzt Michi - außer ihrer guten Laune - keinerlei Hilfsmittel ein.
Nach dem Warm-up trainiert ihr gemeinsam euer Herzkreislauf-System, verbessert eure Ausdauer und fordert auch die Koordination ein wenig. Wichtig für den Einstieg: überfordere dich nicht, sondern steigere dich langsam. Michi bietet hierfür oft unterschiedlich schwierige Übungsvarianten an.
Zum Schluss gibt's dann noch ein lockeres Cooldown zum Runterfahren.

Schöne Übungen und toll erklärt. Zum Ende hin fand ich es monoton, weil immer wieder dasselbe. Aber prinzipiell super, wenn man abends noch Energie loswerden will. Danke, Michi!
