Abschließend frischst du noch einmal deine Kenntnisse der Pilates-Prinzipien bei Übungen in Bauchlage auf.

Schöne kleine Pilates-Einheit mit teils anstrengenden Übungen. Die Fascienmassage war schon recht intensiv, hat mir aber gutgetan. Wieder super angeleitet durch Anette.🥰

Für die Faszienmassage braucht man wirklich eine weiche Rolle. Ansonsten könnte es schmerzhaft werden. Das Training fand ich anstrengend.
