Inzwischen weißt du, wenig (bis keine) Bewegung bei einer Übung, bedeutet nicht weniger wirkungsvoll – oder anstrengend.

Diese Beckenboden-Kurse sind bisher für mich das Highlight, in Kombi mit Cardio fühle ich mich so gut wie seit vor der Geburt meines Sohnes vor 3,5 Jahren nicht mehr! Die Trainerin ist super. Wenn sie einen Hinweis zur Haltung gibt, erwischt sie mich oft genau dabei, wie ich die Spannung verloren habe. Richtig tolles Timing!
