Elisa Dambeck und Tobi Ketelsen legen den Fokus diesmal auf die Po-Muskulatur und das Training mit ziehenden Übungen. Du trainierst wieder in 45-sekündigen Intervallen mit jeweils 15 Sekunden Pause. Wie im Alltag kombinierst du dabei mehrere Bewegungen.

generell gilt, die Übungen und worauf man achten muss, mehr erklären auch während der Ausführung. das geht all zu oft unter und dann fehlt die Effektivität. dafür ist die Zeit einfach zu kurz 😉
