Also, das Training ist für mich mit den 10 Minuten super, aber die Übungen mit Hüpfen und so weiter was für sportliche junge Hüpfer und nix für ü50 mit Übergewicht . Das macht nicht wirklich Freude. Und stolz ist am nach den 10 min. überhaupt net 😫
